For me yoga is 2 connects movement and breath. Bridging postures in sequences that benefits the practitioners to flow into stillness. Call it dance-like if you want ,their is a hint of that but do not let that scare you. I was a baseball and hockey competitive level athlete. My classes have a hands-on approach 2 fix your alignment and energy flow. Open to all levels. You create your practice .
Thai Sacred Body Work
Thai body work involves stretching and deep massage. This form of massage is usually performed on the floor, and the client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement. No oils are used in Thai massage. It is known in Thailand as "nuat phaen boran" literally, the ancient-manner massage.Thai massage also includes yoga-like stretches which are intended to stimulate the sen(energy) and move lom(air) through the body via a pumping and pressure action .
